
Janice is an executive coach with over 20 years of leadership experience across the public sector, healthcare, and education systems. She has held senior leadership roles with the City of Berkeley and the Alameda County Health Care Services Agency, leading large-scale initiatives focused on service delivery, organizational effectiveness, and community outcomes.
As Director of the Public Health Division for the City of Berkeley, Janice led strategic planning and cross-sector collaboration to drive community-centered health initiatives. She also directed planning and organizational effectiveness for a $140 million program in Alameda County, working across agencies to improve coordination and results.
She brings this experience into her coaching, working with leaders to strengthen decision-making, lead through change, and build alignment across teams and stakeholders.
