What is coaching?
Coaching is a focused, confidential process that helps you increase your performance at work and in life. Coaching involves insightful questions, reflections, and observations that lead the coachee to clarity. Coaching is not consulting, advising, or therapy.
How are sessions $30?
Our coaches are earning ICF coaching hours toward their next level of certification. They are already highly trained and qualified, and the hour-logging requirement lets us offer sessions at a low, flat rate.
Is coaching right for me?
We believe coaching has potential to help anyone who is seeking clarity or growth.
Who are the coaches?
Our coaches are experienced professionals who have completed (or are completing) accredited coach-training programs. Many are mid-career or senior professionals transitioning into coaching and bring deep leadership and industry experience. We accept roughly 10% of applicants based on our rigorous quality requirements.
What topics are covered?
Common topics we help clients with include career clarity, leadership challenges, confidence, stress, burnout, communication, job searches, prioritization, decision-making, and navigating difficult situations at work.
